Recipe Daifuku Mochi

Ingredients:

Mochi Basic Recipe
Some wheat starch
Marzipan or another filling

Preparation

First prepare the Mochi dough.
Divide the Mochi into several pieces and roll into balls. Press the balls smoothly and fill them with the desired filling. Cover this filling with the Mochiteig. Place the finished Mochi on a plate and sweep the excess starch with a brush.
