Recipe Almond Milk Jelly with Syrup
This recipe is a vegan jelly made only from herbal ingredients.
1 tsp agar agar
7g kuzu starch
1-2 tsp of water
1 tbsp amaretto or syrup to taste
150 ml almond milk
or muffin form
or praline silicone molds
Place the almond milk in a pot and stir in the agar agar. Dissolve the kuzu starch in 1-2 EL water. Pour it into the pot.
Boil the starch-enriched liquid and let it boil for about 1 minute. Turn of the cooker. Then add the amaretto or syrup to taste.
Rinse the silicone mold briefly with cold water and then add the liquid which is still jelly.
Place the jelly in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Once the jelly has solidified, remove it from the refrigerator, and carefully place it on a plate. Add syrup over it or serve to a fruit salad in a small bowl.
