Since I use marzipan instead of red bean paste for filling the Wagashi, I would like to introduce a small marzipan recipe:
50g powdered sugar
1 tbsp of rose water
Possibly. 1-2 drops of bitter almond oil
with powdered sugar.
Add 1 tbsp of rose water
and 1-2 drops of bitter almond oil.
Add the spoonful of water while kneading until a uniform smooth mass is kneaded.
If the mixture falls apart, add some powdered sugar.
