Thai Low Proteine Wheat Flour
Red Lotus and Royal Fan are low proteine wheat flour from Thailand. These sorts are specially owned for muted food.
There is the Royal Fan wheat flour, with a protein content of 8-8,3%, for backing zum Backen all kind of pastries and wagashi.
The Red Lotus Bapao Mehl, with a protein content of 8-8,5%, suitable for steaming and baking.
